Completing the Enrollment Process
For your daughters packet to be considered complete, we require the following:
1. Online Renweb Form completed and submitted . See directions below.
2. Update your daughter's medical account. Portal can be found at lghschicago.org/medical
3. Complete the required medical forms
4. Schedule any needed medical appointments (only if applicable)
Step 1
Online Renweb Form
To complete our online reenrollment form, you will access it through your existing Renweb login. If you do not have a login, please contact the school office.
To access Renweb:

Please go to www.renweb.com

Select Family login then FACTS Family Portal.

The district code is lg-il. Type in your username and password.

After logging in, click on the Apply/ Enroll button in the left menu and choose packet.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your daughter.
The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

Log into your existing portal account and enroll your daughter into next year.
