Our school is staffed with trained educators. Each member of our school faculty is sensitive to the needs of the students and their families and has a strong commitment to quality education.

The faculty meets regularly to discuss teaching strategies and share and exchange ideas. These teachers’ meetings also serve as staff development as professionals present new ideas and techniques for teaching and reaching the students.

In addition, there are staffing meetings by grade to ensure that any student who requires special attention will receive it from all teachers, and to help us better accommodate and catch any issues before they snowball. We also have meetings by subject, to ensure a smooth transition from one year to the next, and to fill in any gaps in knowledge that might otherwise arise.

Our principals and our teachers are an unusually dedicated group whose level of commitment to each child does not stop at the classroom door, and whose commitment to education is truly an avocation. For example, it is not unusual for teachers to invite their student to their homes for Shabbos. As a result of this caring, they bring to their jobs a unique and special blend of professional skills and personal warmth.
